Return Policy I
f you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to return or exchange the product within 7 days of purchase for STORE CREDIT.
Returns or exchanges must be communicated prior to mailing back within 7 days of receipt of the item(s).

The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed with tags attached while being free of defects, pet hair and odors. Returns/exchanges are subject to refusal based on any of the above criteria not being met. A credit will be added to your Fargo Roots account upon receipt of the return/exchange.
The recipient is responsible for the postage of returns and credit will be issued only upon receipt of the item.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
Custom Orders and Final Sale All custom orders are final sale as they are custom made to your exact specifications and cannot be returned unless they are defective.
All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE. FINAL SALE purchases can NOT be returned or exchanged.
Damages Fargo Roots Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
